We at Advaya Luxury Resort wish to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We request you to please follow our terms and conditions mentioned below. We will do our best to remedy problems or concerns you may have. If at any time you wish to bring your concerns to our knowledge, please feel free to contact the Front desk or Manager.

1. Upon arrival, please provide Govt approved and original address proof.

2. Advaya Luxury Resort is not responsible for any loss of guest’s valuable items or injuries to the guest.

3. Quiet hours will be maintained between 10.30 PM to 7.30 AM as we respect other guests’ privacy.

4. Rooms are allocated on first come, first served basis.

5. We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly dispose of any waste or trash in the designated trash bins, including cigarette butts and bottles etc.

6. All children need to be supervised by a parent or guardian.

7. Occupancy of the site is restricted to the guests only.

8. RIGHT CONDUCT: We reserve the right to evict and vacate any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in fights, group dancing or teasing with other guests generally disrupting the peace at the Resort.

9. BREAKAGES / LOST ITEMS: Any breakages / lost items related to the resort caused by occupants during their stay will be charged to their personal accountability and will be settled in full upon check-out.

10. LIABILITY: The management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss of property including theft, fire, flood, wind or any act of God that may occur within the Resort.

11. ILLEGAL ACTIVITY: Advaya Luxury Resort will not permit illegal activity anywhere on the property. Advaya Luxury Resort management and staff will assist the police in every possible way (including testifying) to assist legal process if anyone performs illegal acts or engages in illegal activity within the premises.

12. Swimming costumes mandatory for swimming pool (Nylon or Polyester clothes only). Cotton clothes not allowed.

13. People above 80 kg are advised not to play in adventure activities.

14. The Management request to follow the terms and condition, itinerary for timings and follow safety standards.

Gazebo and Swimming Pool Area Restrictions

Gazebo area and Swimming pool area to be used by all guests strictly for the purpose of campfire and guest get-together.

Consumption of any variety of alcohol or engaging in group dance or music playing or clashing with other guests with any type of quarrel or abusing or teasing is strictly PROHIBITED. Any guest and their associates found engaging in such activity will be asked to vacate the resort and police complaint shall be lodged against them.

SILENT HOURS TO BE FOLLOWED STRICTLY BETWEEN 10.30 PM TO 7.30 AM.

Bar Policy

Advaya Luxury Resort holds a CL-7 Bar License, authorizing us to sell and serve all varieties of Indian Manufactured Liquor (IML) and Indian Manufactured Foreign Liquor (IMFL).
A wide range of standard IML and IMFL brands is available exclusively at our resort bar, offered at reasonable and competitive prices.
As per excise regulations and resort policy, outside liquor is strictly NOT ALLOWED / PROHIBITED to be brought into the resort premises by any guest.
We kindly request all our valued guests to make use of the resort’s licensed bar facilities for their beverage requirements.
